WiFi Connections in JHL

ISS have made some changes to the Library WiFi configuration, if anyone is continuing to experience WiFi issues within the Library Building please either log a ticket in the Ticketing System – https://servicedesk.nuigalway.ie/ or call to the Library and IT Service in the foyer. Please include the following information when logging a ticket.

• What location are you attempting to connect from (Library 1st, 2nd, ground or nursing Library)
• When did the problem commence
• Can you connect in other areas of the campus
• What operating system do you have on your client (Windows XP, 7 or 8)
• What is the Mac Address of your client 
• Contact phone number
